JOB REQUIREMENTS
You must have a car and be able to drive to Superior Movers Yard at 2091 Greenfield Drive, El Cajon 92019
Must be "on-call" and last-minute jobs will happen!
Must be able to work on weekends and holidays.
Hours and schedule may vary as the company continuously accepts reservations from clients.
You will be paid a minimum of 2 hours for any job that you work, even if it only takes 1 hour to complete.
We pay Overtime if you work more than 8 Hours in a day and/or if you work over 40 Hours in a week.
Duties:
Haulers help load the dump trailers and work primarily hauling jobs but fill in when needed with moving.
Helpers are responsible for Packing and/or Moving jobs and assist Haulers when needed. Must be excellent at customer service, communicate with your team and the customer, be able to lift heavy weight and work long hours.
Drivers are responsible for running Hauling, Packing and Moving Services, including driving, loading, managing crew, walkthru's with customers, paperwork and collecting payment of services.
Our workers meet at Superior Movers Yard at different times, depending on our Drive-Time to get to the customers location, but usually 7:00-9:00 AM. We expect our crews to get to their customers home at 10:00 am so that the customer has more time to be ready. Their clock ends when they return back to Superior Movers Yard and they finish getting the moving truck ready for the next day.
Bonuses and raises are given out to workers based on customer service performance.
We provide Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Bonuses based on your customer service performance.
We are a 5-Star Moving Company and nothing less than 5-Star Customer service is acceptable.
