HSS is looking for reliable PBX Operator. We have immediate openings. The PBX Operator ("Operador de PBX Nocturno") smiles and maintains a friendly attitude with all our guests. Provides good communication skills over the phone. Receives all incoming calls routing them accurately to the appropriate departments quickly and courteously, operates switchboard to relay incoming, outgoing, and interoffice calls.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Provides callers with a positive and professional image of our company by answering all guests' questions with patience and empathy.
Communicates with guests in a friendly and professional manner using a courteous tone as described in the department standards.
Acquires comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of the company in order to provide guests accurate information based on their needs.
Follows through with any situation or complaint to ensure resolution of the issue and customer satisfaction.
Operates paging system to relay in-house messages or call individuals by phone.
Performs additional duties and responsibilities as directed by the leadership team.
