We are a family-owned company specializing in shopping center maintenance services throughout San Diego County. We have an immediate opening for a Part Time Day Porter/Exterior Janitor position at our Kearny Mesa properties working a split shift from 6:00am-11:00am, then 1:00pm to 4:00pm on Saturday and Sunday. The position is for 16 hours per week, working 8 hours per day. Cleaning duties are on two properties, about 2 miles apart.
Duties include:
Trash collection from hardscape and landscaped areas, Removal of spills and stains from surfaces, Dusting of window mullions , Cleaning of trash receptacles and trash enclosures, Monitoring and reporting of property issues, Sticker/sign/poster/gum/graffiti removal
Compensation $18.00 per hour to start. Benefits include sick, vacation and paid holidays
Candidates must be able to speak English to communicate with Tenants and Property Managers, have a cellular phone to communicate any immediate issues and have reliable transportation. Also, candidate must be able to lift up to 35lbs.
