Maintenance Technician
Location: Fox Point Farms
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20 per hour
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our Facilities team. This role is essential in maintaining the safety, functionality, and appearance of our facilities. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
You would assist the Facilities team on the tasks below:
Inspection: Conduct routine inspections of equipment, buildings, and systems to ensure safety and identify potential issues.
Maintenance & Cleaning: Perform general facility upkeep, including cleaning floors, elevators, and stairs.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose maintenance issues and determine effective solutions.
Repairs: Repair or replace faulty equipment, including electrical switches, outlets, and circuit breakers.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
Qualifications & Requirements
Prior experience in general maintenance, facilities, or handyman work is preferred.
Basic knowledge of painting, drywall, HVAC, and plumbing is a plus.
Proficiency in using basic hand and power tools.
Strong troubleshooting skills to quickly diagnose and resolve maintenance issues.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Physical capability to stand, walk, and move throughout the entire shift, as well as lift 50 pounds.
Availability to work Saturday, Sunday, and Monday is required.
