Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities, including plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, heating and cooling, and other building systems.
Inspect and fix leaks from plumbing to avoid water damage.
Replace light fixtures and outlets.
Identify and fix potential safety hazards to prevent injuries.
Inspect and identify equipment or machines in need of repair.
Troubleshoot issues to determine necessary repairs.
Perform general repairs such as drywall repair, painting, and door repairs.
Conduct routine maintenance on building systems.
Assist with the upkeep and cleaning of facilities.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Ability to follow instructions from supervisors.
Knowledge of general carpentry and repair.
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
Ability to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
