1-Inspects the building, grounds, and equipment.
2-Handles necessary repairs and maintenance, painting, drywall, carpentry, electricity, plumbing little of everything is welcome.
3-Installs equipment and appliances.
4-Follows local and state building codes.
5-Complies with all company safety regulations.
6-Keeps a maintenance log and writes shift reports.
7-Reports any issues to the maintenance supervisor.
8-Responds to repair and maintenance requests in a timely fashion.
9-Loads and unloads equipment and tools into work vehicles if needed.
10-Follows written and verbal instructions from the maintenance manager or clients.
11-Collaborates with the maintenance team and contractors as needed.
12- At least one year of building maintenance, construction, plumbing, or electrician experience is strongly preferred, but not required.
13-Uses equipment, including power tools, hand tools, electric tools, and plumbing tools.
14-Handles the physical demands of the job, including standing, bending, pulling, pushing, climbing, and lifting at least 50 pounds.
15-Communicates effectively, speaking multiple languages is preferred.
