Responsibilities:
Perform routine and emergency maintenance on apartment units, plumbing, ect.
Complete work orders efficiently and maintain accurate records.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Minimum 3+ years of maintenance experience.
Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs.
