Looking for a REPROGRAPHICS OPERATOR / DISPATCHER.

Tasks will include
Complete requests for scanning and printing of plans
Operate finishing equipment (3 hole drilling, paper cutter, large staplers)
Load paper, toner and other consumable parts into various machines
Quality control. Check quality before, during and after each production job
Placing sheets in order both digitally and physically according to provided lists
Assist Customer Service/Supervisor in job clarifications and deadline extensions
Read & interpret instructions, identify problems/missing information and address them proactively
Assist with dispatching to answer phone calls and transfer to appropriate departments
Assist with dispatch and drivers to help coordinate deliveries
Skills and qualifications required
Previous large format copier experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Able to work in a fast paced environment
Basic mechanical abilities and motor skills
Experience operating high volume, networked print systems
Basic to intermediate computer skills required.
Software knowledge and experience such as Outlook 365, order entry systems highly valued
Production software knowledge and experience such as Reprodesk, BlueBeam highly valued
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly throughout shift
Must be able to work standing up a majority of the shift
Must be able to work overtime if necessary
Ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
