ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The following essential duties and responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by an individual assigned to this job. Other duties may be assigned as determined by the Company in its sole discretion.
Trained and educated in irrigation, landscaping and overall property care.
Install and maintain landscaping.
Perform tree and shrub care including, without limitation, replacement, planting, pruning, removal, fertilizing, and irrigating.
Repair, maintain, and replace sprinklers and various sprinkler lines. Experience with Toro Systems a plus.
Maintain general landscaping including mowing, edging and clean up.
Pond maintenance.
INTERACTION:
This position will interact closely with various Company staff members and external parties.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Not applicable.
EDUCATION/YEARS EXPERIENCE:
At least 2 years landscaping experience.
Experience with irrigation, various landscaping power equipment, land mowers, and trimmers are required.
