Requirements:
- Must be able to lift or carry objects up to 50 pounds.
- Be able to work on ladders.
- Basic Trade Tools.
- Be able to sufficiently navigate through cell phone applications.
- Customer service skills with the ability to communicate with our customers and support staff.
- Be able to arrive at the job site on time on a daily basis.
- HVAC schooling or certifications are helpful but not required.
Types of work:
- All rooftop package DX and conventional split systems
- Water Source Heat Pump systems (units and mechanical yard work)
- VRF or VRV (variable refrigerant system): Heat Recovery full installation. (Certifications are bonus)
- 4 pipe systems. Chill water/heating hot water. Units, piping systems
- VAV (variable air volume): VAV units, heating hot water systems
- Piping systems. condenser water, chill water, hot water, refrigeration, condensate
- Duct systems: crimp, S&D, TDC, coated PVS, Stainless Steel
- In house sheet metal fabrication shop
- Ventilation Systems: Conditioned Single pass or 100% Outside Air (OA), OA Systems, Exhaust systems (general, environmental, chemical, process)
Positions Available:
- Sheetmetal shop fabrication
- Dry side, all levels
- Wet side all levels
- Person with no experience, but can work with hands
- HVAC Technicians
