We’re looking for YOU – a high-energy, friendly, farmers market representative to help us sell our beautiful, naturally grown produce at our San Diego County farmers markets!
Who we are:
Sage Hill Ranch Gardens - A local farm passionate about real food, clean growing methods, and connecting with our community. We grow it all with love – juicy tomatoes, crisp greens, vibrant flowers, and everything in between. Now we need someone just as passionate and personable to help share it with the world!
What you'll do:
1. Greet customers with a smile and great energy
2. Share the story behind our produce (we'll teach you!)
3. Handle sales, restocking, and light setup/takedown
4. Keep the stand clean, beautiful, and inviting
5. Be the smiling friendly face of the farm!
You are:
✅ Outgoing, engaging, and genuinely enjoy talking to people
✅ Reliable and punctual (we run on sun time!)
✅ Quick to learn and not afraid to get your hands a little dirty
✅ Into good food, gardens and a gift for conversations
✅ Bonus points if you’ve worked sales, food stands, farmers markets, or farms before!
Hours & Pay:
Weekends - Saturday & Sunday (8+ hours ea.)
May be more opportunities for mid-week markets as season goes on.
Pay - Discussed in person at interview.
