What You’ll Be Doing:
✅ Keep common areas clean and welcoming (lobbies, elevators, mailrooms, restrooms, outdoor spaces)
✅ Perform light touch-up cleaning during the day
✅ Take care of trash; recycling discreetly and properly
✅ Be a friendly, professional presence for residents and guests
✅ Follow safety and cleaning procedures
What We’re Looking For:
Reliable & punctual – people count on you to show up!
Detail-oriented – you notice what needs to be cleaned before anyone else does
Friendly & professional – great attitude with residents and guests
Able to work independently – minimal supervision required
Physically able – stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs. (sometimes 50 lbs.)
The Details:
- Full-time with benefits including Health & Dental and cell phone allowance
- Availability: 7 days per week (weekends a plus)
- Competitive Pay – Up to $20/hour based on experience
- Must have reliable transportation
