Vascan tile is currently looking for a repair tech for customer service, as a company we offer 1 year warranty in all of our install which from time to time needs repairs done this included replacing broken tiles, cleaning grout, caulking. all training is provided by Vascan tile and tools and transportation (with clean driving record) this job requires to speak to clients for each appointment experience helps and this would also determined pay
Clock in and out daily (if away from the office text with photo of last appointment)
Text in and out of each visit, this is with the purpose of documenting variation on times regarding each type of repair
Drive to job sites and possible vendor pick up
Introduce your self to homeowners
Set areas to be work on with proper housekeeping (tarps, and plastic if needed for repairs)
Clean all areas work on to leave as clean as when we show up
Verify all material for next day repair are adequate based of report
Take all trash from repair back with you
Driving distance may vary from our closest job about 15 min to 1.5 our farthest
Tear 1 repairs; touch ups either grout or caulk minor maintenance
Tear 2 repairs: any tile replacements no more than 6 tile
Tear 3 repairs: demo in excess of 35% of walls or floors
This includes stone work slab repair like cracks, polished, chips fill ins
Set up tile saw when needed its about 75 lbs
Set up saw on a tarp do not leave dirty water stain anything in the home
Always wear shoe covers and (covid requirements as long as required)
A company vehicle will be provided you are fully responsible to report any maintenance needed please notify with time to make sure a vehicle is provided to you while this unit gets service
