Qualifications
Experience in demolition, operating power tools and hand tools, drywall removal, hack saw use, sledgehammer work, interior demolition, construction, and general labor
Proficient in tasks such as removing drywall and ceiling panels
Must relocate to san diego before starting work (Required)
Responsibilities
Removing drywall, ceiling panels, block, or brick façades
Cutting steel studs with a hack saw, demolishing walls with a sledgehammer, and removing boxes and mounts using hand tools
Taking out flooring, carpeting, shingles, and handling all phases of interior demolition
Benefits
Pay: $23.62 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
8-hour shifts
