Construction Labor

Boonstra Construction, inc. is hiring an Entry-Level Construction Laborer. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals who want to build a future in the construction industry. Responsibilities include assisting skilled tradespeople on job sites, performing general labor tasks, helping with site cleanup and organization, loading and unloading materials, and learning basic tool use while following all safety procedures. Candidates must be reliable, punctual, willing to learn, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and capable of working on their feet throughout the day. Applicants must have dependable transportation, carry valid insurance, and be able to pass a background check. We offer a supportive team environment and opportunities for growth.
