Commercial Property Management firm in Carlsbad is seeking an experienced full time Commercial Plumbing Service Technician with 5 or more years in the industry to join our growing company and maintenance service team.
The ideal candidate for the role will perform the following scopes of work during the performance of their area of expertise: general plumbing task, diagnosing issues, repairing and/or installing plumbing fixtures etc. This is a critical role for the company! The Commercial Plumbing Service Technician will be trusted to utilize their gained experience, and plumbing knowledge to make judgement calls in the field, ensuring the customer’s facility maintenance concerns are quickly/efficiently assessed and resolved to satisfaction.
Experience with assessing and troubleshooting commercial water heaters, drain cleaning, jetting and sewer camera inspection experience is a must. Experience with light general maintenance is a plus.
