We are seeking Commercial and Residential Electricians who are knowledgeable in installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems in both commercial and residential settings. This role requires strong knowledge of lighting and power systems, service upgrades, and adherence to safety standards. The Journeyman works independently or as part of a team, ensuring that all electrical systems are functional, safe, and code compliant. MUST HAVE ET CARD OR LICENSE!

Key Responsibilities:

Installation and Maintenance of Commercial & Residential Electrical Systems:

Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in residential homes and commercial buildings.

Install and service electrical panels, lighting systems, outlets, switches, and other standard electrical components.

Perform electrical work for remodels, service upgrades, new construction, and tenant improvements.

Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with circuits, breakers, receptacles, and lighting systems.

Use electrical testing devices such as multimeters, voltage testers, and circuit tracers to identify and correct problems.

Run conduit (EMT, PVC, flexible), pull wire, terminate, and install cable trays as needed.

Read and interpret electrical blueprints, diagrams, and layouts for proper installations.

Ensure that all electrical work is documented accurately and complies with local codes.

Qualifications

Experience: 4+ years of experience in commercial and/or residential electrical work, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Skills:

Strong understanding of residential and commercial electrical systems, including panels, breakers, lighting, and wiring methods.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.

Skilled in the use of electrical testing equipment (e.g., multimeters, voltage testers).
