Candidates must have minimum 1 year of building maintenance and be proficient in electrical, plumbing, drywall.
Apartment Maintenance Technician. Studio APARTMENT INCLUDED for FREE if hired
benefits and bonus' kick in once hired on to the property
Responsibilities:
Repairing and unclogging toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and exterior drains. Replacing carpets and wooden floors. Installing and repairing wires, plugs, and switches. Day to day may include grounds.
