Our small, dynamic, and friendly office environment is seeking an organized HR Manager to support daily HR operations for a company of approximately 50 employees, primarily in the field. Position Details:
Type: Part-Time (flexible blend of in-person/remote options)
Employment Type: Employee or Contract (to be determined)
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR databases effectively.
Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and ensure compliance with relevant laws.
Support HR projects and enhance internal communications.
Respond to employee inquiries and provide comprehensive HR support.
Preferred Skills:
Proficiency with Coastal Payroll/iSolved is a plus.
Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
A minimum of five years of HR management experience is preferred.
HR Certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is highly desired.
