Aerospace Manufacturer seeking an HR Generalist Manager for an upcoming contract role. If you have previous HR experience in the Manufacturing industry, love working in a team enviornment then this is the job for you! This is a full time Monday to Friday position.
Responsibilities:
Provide support for HR issues
Ensure Compliance
Manage full cycle recruitment
Experience with ERP systems
Manage onboarding/offboarding
Qualifications:
Bilingual Spanish
3 years HR Generalist in manufacturing
Bachelor's in Busniess Administration or HR or
Equivilant education & training
Knowledge of Federal and CA employment laws
Working knowledge of HRIS platforms with ADP Vantage preferred
MS Office
Previous exposure to Benefits Administration
Bilingual Spanish a MUST
