Family-oriented, fast-paced, modern dental practice in need of a hygienist for 3 days/week, immediately. Tuesday-Thursday is the preferred work schedule, but, could be altered depending on your availability. We are successful enough to have outgrown our current suite and are in the process of moving offices. The property to which we are moving is being built out and will be able to better accommodate our increased patient volume. We will consider applicants who can work 2 days/week currently, but, must be able to increase to 3 days/week as soon as possible or when we move offices in expected January or February.
The current staff has been together for over ten years and pride ourselves on ethical, high-quality dentistry. We do not, "sell" dentistry & you will never be asked to do so. We are a fee for service & PPO insurance plan office. HMO plans are not accepted. Patients in our office get treated with integrity and treatment is based solely on need, prevention & maintenance. Our patients are truly like family to us & have been in our office for decades.
Applicants must be honest, team-oriented, hard-working, reliable, possess a gentle touch with thorough clinical skills, accurate at taking radiographs, and able to stay on time with an hourly schedule. Knowledge of Dentrix & Dexis is preferred but not a requirement. A typical work day will be 8 one-hour hygiene patients and you will be asked to do no more than recall radiographs (4BW & 2 PA) with annual periodontal probing depths when needed.
