VCC is an equal opportunity employer.ResponsibilitiesThe Patient Registration Manager is responsible for the successful operations of VCC’s Registration process and staff. This individual will oversee day-to-day operations, implement the strategic vision of the department, as well as staff training, and ensure the successful achievement of departmental and organizational goals. The manager understands and provides best practice guidance and recommendations for opportunities across Patient Registration Services, while leveraging continual process and workflow improvement, and creating and maintain a positive and productive working environment for staff.Manage the training and development of patient registration staff.Oversees VCC’s patient registration processes.Ensure services meet timeliness and ease of registration and related services.Responsible for continual process and workflow improvement.QualificationsMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum 3 years experience in healthcare administration, preferable with focus on patient registration or front desk operationsMinimum 3 years supervisory experienceSkills/AbilitiesExcellent customer service skillStrong leadership and team management abilitiesKnowledge of medical terminology, healthcare billing and insurance processesDetail oriented with strong organization and time management skillsFamiliarity with electronic health record (EHR) systemsPay Range$31.00 - $38.00 per hour DOEPI256170052 Apply
