Hello San Diego! I am a Quadriplegic man on Ventilator, I am Trached, but can talk and eat perfectly normal! I also have a Colostomy bag, a Supra Pubic Catheter, and have been paralyzed for 45 years. I do extensive Range of Motion which I designed mostly on my own with a little help from my friends. I was/am a high level athlete, coach and trainer in Gymnastics, Wrestling and several other sports. I am looking for someone with real experience and real thought processes! This does not mean you can walk in and know this job, however I can teach you quickly. You should be under 50 yrs., in relatively good physical and mental condition.
My care is DIVERSE, but not complicated for someone with MEDICAL EXPERIENCE! You should have a good head on your shoulders, be compassionate, empathetic, talkative (ability to “Talk Story”), in good physical condition, and have the ability to troubleshoot anything that comes up especially emergency situations.

This job is not for beginners or someone who works multiple jobs. I have 3-4 days per week available. I pay $25-$27 cash per hr. depending on experience, the shifts are 7pm-7am, I do background checks so please don’t be a criminal, substance abuser, or anything that will make me say you’re freaking crazy. You should be able to tell me if you have had issues in the past, if you do, I’m pretty cool that way. I have a 3 day training period at 1/2 hourly pay and a 3 month probationary period.
