Busy Dermatology Clinical Research practice looking for Medical Assistant/Clinical Research Assistant with back office experience to join our team.
Job Duties include:
Vital Signs, ECG, Phlebotomy, Specimen Processing, Photography, Answering Phones. Scheduling Patients, Data Entry, Word Processing, Interfacing with Pharmaceutical Companies
Requirements include:
Familiarity of medical terminology, medications, and abbreviations
Familiarity with lead placement and obtaining ECGs
Must be proficient in phlebotomy technique and specimen processing
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to transfer medical data from paper to an online electronic data software system
Desire to learn clinical research and how to manage clinical trials
Must have excellent communication skills (reading, writing, and verbal) and customer service skills.
Friendly, hard working, committed, team player with a can do attitude is a must.
