Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Dropping off and organizing marketing materials for referral sources
(Hospitals & Medical offices)
Answering general questions about the company
Setting up presentations for referrals
Tracking referral sources and increasing referrals
Generating new referral leads for marketing department
Entering marketing data into database in a timely manner
Designing marketing materials: Mailers, flyers, etc.
One weekend on-call per month to be scheduled with the office
Assessments with potential clients (weekends if needed)
Visit all new clients within one week of acquiring contract
Start new cases (weekends if needed)
