This is a full time caregiving job, 7pm-7am 40 hrs. a week. Hands on experience is a must, some of the care involves Transfers via ceiling lift, undressing, ADL’s, Range of Motion, Knowledge of Ventilators, Trach Care, Tracheal Suctioning, breathing treatments, Medications (classifications), anatomy, physiology, be educated. No drugs or alcohol and definitely no mental health issues… I’ve been doing this a long time, please be authentic, genuine, no BS!
Bedside manner a must, ability to converse a must, education a must. You should be emotionally stable, upbeat, compassionate, empathetic, have neat hand writing, fun/funny and be curious with ability to learn a lot in a short period of time and an a willingness to learn beyond what I teach.

You should also have drivers license, good transportation and be able to drive a full sized van.
I pay cash, $23 - 27 per hr. depending on experience and demeanor. Again, you must have experience with a High level Quadriplegic on Total Life Support. Looking for 35 yrs. - 50 yrs. with minimal health problems.
