LVNs PER DIEM for Private Duty home health case
Open shifts: 2-3 NOC shifts per month. 7p-7a
7-8 Sat & Sunday shifts 11a-7pm
This is an independent contract through agency funded to provide services to people with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Please send resume showing past 3-work history and valid nursing experience.
Must have valid license and at least 2 years of DIRECT PATIENT CARE experience as LVN, including performing straight caths, administering rescue meds and O2.
Must be in good physical and mental shape to provide quality care to vulnerable patient.
