Hello I'm a 31 yr old high functioning quadriplegic and medically retired Marine that lives in Oceanside CA, looking for a caregiver, the pay is $170 a day(24hrs) this is a part time live in position (days available are Thursday's, Friday's,Saturday's and Sundays) you must be on the nursing registry/ have background check, This isn't companion work their are a few medical things you need to help me with for my daily living tasks and house keeping like laundry,cleaning up after cooking,dusting etc must be able to lift more than 100 pounds, experience with quadriplegics driving is required I have my own vehicle you must have reliable transportation, a valid drivers license, you must have a passport or able to get one shortly after hired, because I love to travel and need to have 2 caregivers during my trips when I go out of state I also have a dog so can't be afraid of animals, copy of Id and motor insurance.please send your resume first email and only if you have these requirements and at least some medical experience helps things move along. please know what the HIPAA law is as well. this job is contracted. Also have roommate positions open(men only) have another ad on Craigslist any questions about that position don't be afraid to ask also the room has private bathroom and live in coastal Oceanside with ocean view from home recommend working for agencies on days you're off to be able to afford rent $1,000 a month.
