Job Title: Housekeeper and meal prep
Position Type: Full-time
We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Housekeeper/Cook. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized living environment, as well as preparing and presenting meals for our residents. The meals are delivered via meal delivery system, and just need to be prepped and presented.
Here are the key responsibilities of the position:
1. Housekeeping:
- Perform regular cleaning tasks to ensure a clean and comfortable living space for our residents.
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all areas of the house.
- Changing bed linens, washing and folding laundry, and organizing closets and storage areas.
- Keeping track of cleaning supplies and reporting any maintenance issues to the appropriate person.
2. Cooking:
- Follow provided recipes and guidelines to prepare meals for 10 to 16 people.
- Ensure that meals are cooked and presented in an appetizing and visually appealing manner.
- Adhere to dietary restrictions and special meal requirements as needed.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces and equipment after meal preparation.
With a competitive pay rate of $24 per hour, this position offers a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about cooking and takes pride in maintaining a clean and organized household. You will work Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM, allowing you to have your evenings and weekends free.
