Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our team at Thompson Center for Dentistry. The ideal candidate will be comfortable performing a wide range of dental procedures, with a particular focus on root canals and extractions. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment, providing comprehensive dental care to our valued patients.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine dental examinations, cleanings, and preventative treatments
Diagnose and treat dental issues, including cavities, gum disease, and oral infections
Conduct root canal therapy and surgical extractions as needed
Create treatment plans tailored to meet each patient's unique oral health needs
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care techniques
Collaborate with our dental team to ensure seamless coordination of patient care
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of treatment plans and procedures
Requirements:
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
Active and unrestricted license to practice dentistry in the state of California
Proven experience performing root canals and extractions with proficiency and confidence
Strong diagnostic and clinical skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Dedication to staying current with advancements in dental technology and techniques
Commitment to upholding ethical standards and patient confidentiality
Benefits:
Compensation is on a per diem basis depending on experience

Work Schedule: We open Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. We are looking to hire for two days a week. Preferably on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
