Providing hands-on training and cross-training in the field

Collaborating with office staff and supervisors to maintain high standards of care and service

This is a field-based position with significant travel throughout San Diego County. Candidates must be comfortable working independently, managing their own schedules, and staying highly organized while on the go.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for staff and client needs in the field

Monitor and ensure the quality of services provided to individuals with disabilities

Previous leadership, management, or coaching experience (field or program management preferred)

Excellent communication and people skills — must be approachable, professional, and empathetic

Strong time management and multitasking abilities

Comfortable and experienced working in a fast-paced, mobile role

Ability to manage crisis situations and respond with clarity and calm

Knowledge of supported living services, social services systems, or regional center models preferred

Valid CA driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel throughout the county

Bilingual a plus!

Why Join Us?

Flexible schedule — manage your own time and client visits

Collaborative and mission-driven team

Opportunity to grow professionally within a well-established agency

Make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities every day
