Dental Practice Manager Summary:
Dental practice manager needed at our private, PPO-only practice in East County. Dr. specializes in RCT, implants, Invisalign, extractions, veneers, and more.
-Hours are 6:30-3, Monday-Thursday; Friday (every other off) 7-2.
-Pay negotiable and will reflect experience.
-Seeking a manager to oversee the daily running of a very busy, successful, family owned and operated practice. From helping with patient calls/emails, to keeping the Dr. & RDH schedules full, to handling staff schedules/breaks, to working with Dr. to create and put together treatment plans, etc.
Dental Practice Manager Requirements:
-At least 5 years experience in practice management, preferably general dentistry.
-EAGLESOFT EXPERIENCE/PROFICIENCY IS A MUST-please do not apply if you do not know Eaglesoft very well
-Patient care is our #1 priority and our experienced team provides just that. A great leader to all teammates and a thoughtful educator to all patients.
-Must be proficient in insurance billing/coding and treatment coordination.
-Must be a punctual, friendly, team-player, able to juggle several time sensitive issues at once, thrives in a fast-paced environment.
