Unique opportunity for a Dental Patient Concierge in training. This is an entry-level position with a training period of 90 days. This position requires an individual that is friendly, with professional demeanor and appearance. You must be outgoing, with a warm smile and know how to make people comfortable. You would be in charge of the initial phone call patient intake information by phone providing directions and pre-appointment instructions, to greeting the patient when they walk through the door to taking them on tour of our office to ensuring on check out that they had a good experience and that their next appointment is made. You will following up with a phone call for feedback of their five star experience.
You will also be responsible to outbound call patients that forgot to make their next appointment.
