Your qualifications: able to treat full body (extremities are a must), some experience with basic muscle testing (the more the better), must be solid with neck adjustments, some ART experience is a plus, some experience with functional nutrition (functional blood work analysis a plus but not required), KT tape experience or willingness to learn, good communicator, organizational skills, empathy, willingness to learn the business side of things (you may opt to hire a CA but I will help you learn all the in’s and out’s of how to run your business before doing so, which is incredibly important and not something you get when you buy a practice out right)
What you get: I would love to spend a month or 2 prior to our contract for onboarding, allowing you to gain a full understanding of how I treat, how I flow, and getting you acquainted with patients. I plan to help you get insurance in order (and billing), EMR software (if you choose the same as me, I can import all data directly into your new account), help you with any skills and tons of clinical pearls I have learned over the years, help you make accounts with all my vendors, insurances, utilities, etc…my goal is to save you all the headache, research, and clinical wisdom it has taken me to make a successful business run…without the cost and time. My most important goal is to have you be successful and a good fit as the hardest decision to relocate, single handedly, has been to walk away from these people I have truly grown to love…I need to know they are in good hands, literally!
What’s included: office space shared with a cranial sacral therapist and massage therapist, 5 or 6 days available in your room (options to be discussed), 13 years of established patients and a booked schedule, fully furnished to include: Hill Labs drop table with cervical, thoracic and pelvic drops, thoracic breakaway and pelvic lift for pregnant patients, mechanical adjustable height, cervical headpiece tilt, drop away foot piece, and adjusting stool, tools for use: massage Jeanie, IQ adjustor, SOT blocks, extremity drop piece, activator like adjusting tool, large roll of KT tape and scissors, 2 bookshelves (one large where I store product and one medium for tools/literature), a white accent chair, and other room furnishings. You will also have a shared, fully furnished reception area, reception desk and chair, as well as a small side office with a long desk and overhead cabinetry (all but 2 cabinets are yours), a small fridge, and a sink.
This opportunity is a steal. Leasing an office alone in this area is nearly this cost…without furnishings and equipment and without patients!
