We are a chiropractic/wellness clinic in Solana Beach offering massage, Flowpresso, functional movement training, and pallet treatment. We are currently seeking the right massage therapist to join our team, someone who has a passion for their own health as well as helping others. We are looking for a long-term relationship in this position and a leader who will embrace our vision and guide our practice towards continued growth.
Compensation: $40/hr + can make tips
Requirements:
Understands and believes in the healing benefits of chiropractic care and massage therapy/bodywork
Knowledge of deep tissue massage required with a focus on therapeutic massage
Knowledge of a variety of massage modalities (e.g. Deep tissue, Pre-natal, Swedish, etc.)
City of Solana Beach Business Certificate, certification and/or licensure (certified massage therapist)
Must carry liability insurance
Build client rapport
Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with clients and staff
Keep linens organized
Provide massage oil/lotion
Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy room and common areas
Help promote the health and wellness benefits to clients of receiving massage therapy on a regular basis
Minimum 1 year experience as a massage therapist
Able to perform 4-6 massages in a day
Able to work flexible hours
Self-motivated and committed
Hours needed right now:
Monday 9 AM-6 PM (up to 6 massages)
Sub for Tuesday-Thursday if needed
