I hope this finds you well. My name is Ese. I am a senior care navigator. My goal for posting here today is to connect with someone who has a soft spot in the corner of their hearts, strong and detailed oriented.
I have a situation and it comes with a little story and here it is.
One day, a lovely lady who had a successful careers in real estate had a brain injury and developed a minor seizures, due to this accident she has been back and forth in the hospital for the past 8 months. Her days in the hospital are over however she needs a skilled caregiver preferably a CNA with 5 or more years of experience to help her with range of motion, gentle massages, change her under garment, personal care and transfer from bed to chair ,chair to bed. She is max assist.
Experience with brain injury, transfer up to 120lbs a MUST. She lives with her daughter in their lovely home in Encinitas. Her daughter is hands on and wants the best for her dear mother. We both agree caregiver MUST be patient and coachable to her care.
She exercises daily and is very sociable and is doing all in her power to gain strength .
She is the sweetest person you will ever meet but she is feeling sad partly because she is struggling with her independence which is typical with the challenges of aging.
She is quiet and spends a lot of time watching TV from her bed . However, she is now loosing strength.
I serve as their wellness manager and it is my job to find a kind, gentle, compassionate, STRONG TO LIFT AND TRANFER and very reliable person to help her with the following:
Feeding assistance and swallow precaution
Personal care,
Light house keeping
TRANSFER UP TO 120LBS MAXIMUM ASSIST
Making a light lunch and prepping for the dinner meal
Socialization and companions
Encourage her Home exercise program from Physical therapist to her improve strength
This is a position for quick hire TODAY. It’s 10AM TO 7PM 7 DAYS, 10PM TO 7AM 7 DAYS a week. It pays well too.
