Assistant to help run house

I’m looking for a female with experience running a household (errands, laundry, help with dog, light cleaning). Please don’t reply if you do not have experience with these things. Must have own car. 10 hours a week. $14-16hr based on experience. I’m flexible to some extent but must be between 11-4 weekdays…weekends possible but not for 80% of work needed.
