The Wise ox Butcher shop apart of Trust Restaurant group is seeking a head butcher and manager for our North County shop. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person as we take alot of pride in what we sell as well as constantly keeping our flavors and marinates fresh and new. We are seeking someone to manage our meat cutting, marinates and line grinds as we sell a-lot of quick service sandwiches, including 2 burgers, turkey sandwich, smoked bologna, roast beef and our famous Philly cheesesteak. We are asking for a manager who has at least 3 years in a meat counter setting cutting from sub primal. This is a full time morning position where you could be out of work daily by 6:30 pm. You are the second in command running the entire operations therfore working the counter, managing a cashier, taking orders from a guest, cutting special requests, placing all orders and keeping the case fresh daily.
