The Bier Garden of Encinitas is in search of reliable, proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable people with a passion for the hospitality industry and a willingness to create an amazing guest experience.
Qualified candidates must have experience in a full-service restaurant, they must maintain personal hygiene standards for food service employees, and must be able to work a rotating schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
