We are now hiring at Hidden Fish restaurant located in Kearny Mesa for a sushi chef position.
We are proudly the first omakase restaurant in San Diego and only serve omakase.
Sushi Chef Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of sushi experience
- Comfortable making nigiri
- Experience breaking down fish
- Open to learning our style of sushi
Hourly pay is based on experience and the chef's tips very high.
Current sushi chef position requires 4 days of work per week.
