Intrepid Sportfishing is looking for experienced chef. Good solid pay, great accommodations, steady work and best clients in the business
Culinary School diploma not required but you MUST have proven work experience as chef/cook preparing high quality dishes.
Must have Valid passport
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test
Must be able to withstand and cook in sometimes rough seas
Must be able to plan menu and prepare grocery orders
Must be able to be away for 3-16+ days at a time
Must plate, serve, clean galley, wash dishes and ensure safety and sanitation practices
Must be able to modify recipes to accommodate for special needs and other dietary requests
Must be reliable, personable, hard-working, work well with others and be committed to providing an excellent culinary experience for our passengers
