Requirements:
2+ years professional experience in a high volume restaurant
Good verbal communication skills
Positive, friendly demeanor
Ability to check problems at the door to ensure an uplifting experience for guests
Punctuality and dependability
Must have full availability
Ability to work under pressure and in stressful situations during busy periods
Interpersonal skills and conflict resolution experience to help promote customer satisfaction
Craft Cocktail and Wine Knowledge is a plus
