Job Description:
As a restaurant server at Casa De Fred's, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting guests and assisting them with menu selections
Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Delivering orders promptly and ensuring accuracy
Anticipating guest needs and providing personalized recommendations
Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area
Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
Willingness to learn and adapt to changing needs
Food safety and alcohol awareness certification
