In addition to our daily dining services, we are rapidly growing our private events program, hosting everything from bar/bat mitzvahs and wedding showers to corporate functions and fundraisers. Our versatile space makes us the premier choice for any special occasion.
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Kitchen Supervisor to join our leadership team. This position serves as the Number Two in the kitchen, supporting Executive Chef Shellie Robinson in maintaining operational excellence and inspiring the back-of-house team. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, organized, and passionate about hospitality, with a natural ability to lead and support in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily kitchen operations alongside the Executive Chef
Oversee opening and closing procedures
Execute and maintain quality, consistency, and cleanliness standards
Train, motivate, and supervise kitchen staff
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Collaborate with management to support events and service execution
Step into leadership roles as needed and provide ongoing support to upper management
What We’re Looking For:
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
High standards of integrity and professionalism
Experience in a fast-paced, scratch kitchen preferred
Flexible schedule and full-time availability required
