Currently Hiring: Busser / Food Runner

We're looking for:
Ensure all orders leaving the kitchen meet presentation standards and guest requests
Knowledge of menu items
Ability to explain ingredients.
Knowledgeable of table/seat/station numbers.
Deliver food and beverage items from the kitchen/bar in a prompt manner
If needed assist the server with food and beverage service to ensure guest satisfaction
Assist with clearing table settings and prepare the table for resetting when needed
Maintained all stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen, and condiments.
Perform any general cleaning tasks as assigned by the manager to accomplish cleanliness to health proper standards
Perform other duties as requested, such as cleaning spills, handling guest requests, ensuring overall guest satisfaction
REQUIREMENTS:
Displays a solid hands-on approach
Will need to a current or ability to obtain Servsafe Food Handler Certificate Required
Must Be 21 and Have Night Availability
Flexible schedule – must be available to work a variety of shifts
(Must have Weekend Availability)
Ability to:
Perform job duties with speed and accuracy
Follow directions, understand guest’s needs, e able to prioritize, organize, and follow up
Work cohesively with other co-workers as a team
resolving problems using good judgment
Physical Requirements:
Ability to carry up to 50 lbs.
Ability to walk, stand, and bend continuously throughout the day.
Experience: Previous experience preferred
