Croutons Restaurant in UCSD is looking for a Prep/Line Cook that welcomes the challenges of a fast-paced, high volume quick-service restaurant. The position requires availability from 7:30am - 3:00pm Monday-Friday (30-35) hours per week)
Requirements for the position are:
Team player who leads by example with a positive attitude and at least 3 years of PREP/LINE COOK experience.
Salad and sandwich station experience is a plus.
Able to follow strict recipe, portion control, and presentation standards.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high volume kitchen.
Lots of cleaning
