Fine Dining Restaurant Opening in May
Our restaurant group is re-oping its Asian fusion, fine dining, restaurant - Roppongi. We are opening 2 Roppongi locations and the first will open this May in Imperial Beach. Roppongi will be open from 4-10pm Sun-Thu & 11:30am-10pm on Fri-Sat. This restaurant space is inside the Pier South Resort and we will be operating 2 separate restaurants in the same space. The other restaurant will be a Sammy's Restaurant & Bar. Sammy's will operate from 7am to 9pm, and will serve as the main hotel bar as well.
We are seeking qualified kitchen staff for both concepts, which means we currently have shifts available for all day parts.
We are seeking very experienced waitstaff - fine dining experience an absolute requirement.
Requirements:
Full weekend availability - must be able to work Fri-Sun
FOH must have fine dining experience - service standards knowledge
Ability to work a branded schedule - same schedule each week
To apply for kitchen positions, you must apply on-site. Chefs will be available at Toasted inside Pier South Resort Tue-Fri from 10am-8pm. Cooks may have the option to start training right away at our other restaurant locations. Ask for Chef Alfie or Chef Schuyler.
FOH applicants should apply in person by bringing a current resume and asking for the hiring manager. We will have a job fair with hiring managers for both restaurants on TUE, MAR 25, 12PM-5PM.On your resume, please have fine-dining experience if you wish to work at the Roppongi site. Please also address any gaps or "job hopping." Our restaurant group employs a great number of staff who have been with us for 5, 10 and even 20 years. We love to invest time and training into our staff and to continue our low turnover. An ideal applicant will be able to wait to start training for a few weeks. Immediate start times may not be available as of yet.
