Well Trident Coffee is hiring for both locations, Coronado and Imperial Beach. We are dedicated to creating high quality coffee, while promoting an understanding and appreciation of craft coffee, its styles and traditions to those we faithfully call our customers.
If you are passionate about craft coffee and are interested in facilitating and supporting our mission, we are currently looking for Coffee Tenders to exceed our customers' expectations by creating an exceptional 5-star Tasting Room experience.
At Trident Coffee we specialize in Nitro Cold Brew. All of our coffees are single origin as well as roasted and brewed in house. It's like a brewery meets coffee shop!
You'll help fuel our customers with our specialty coffee at the TapRoom and live out the Trident Vibe. If you're an outgoing person and available on weekdays and weekends, get in touch! (15-30 hours @ $16.50 plus tips. Tips average out to around $10/hr!)
Minimum Qualifications:
- Be a coffee enthusiast, passionate about craft coffee.
- Have a positive attitude and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Self motivated and takes initiative.
- Ability to multi-task and shift priorities with a focus on providing an exceptional guest experience.
- Guest service oriented with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Be motivated, hard-working, safety-minded and innovative with a commitment to representing and enjoying in the
culture and success of Trident Coffee.
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours at a time.
- Ability to routinely lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to bend, stoop, push and pull.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays when needed.
Job Description:
- STORY TELLING - Educating our customers about who we are and what we offer
- Following money handling procedures
- Changing kegs
- Displaying bakery items, checking dates to ensure proper rotation
- Placing and maintaining seating
- Stocking inventory and rotating dates (FIFO)
- Following and completing all cleaning tasks on the checklist at the end of the day
- Sweeping, mopping and keeping counters and workspace clean and organized
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Maintaining accurate inventory counts
