Responsibilities include:
Prepare and cook foods and other culinary functions
Advanced knowledge unnecessary, training provided
Be able to perform opening and closing duties
Maintain a clean, organized and sanitary work place
Monitor and perform daily production, order, closing lists
Ensure quality of product
Shift maintenance as necessary
Collaborate with the event team to execute catering events and special occasions
Physical Requirements:
Stoop and turn to lift items from floor level.
Stand for extended periods of time on hard surfaces.
The following may be performed with assistance as needed:
Lift items up to 20 pounds above one's head.
Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds to one's shoulder.
Push and pull wheeled carts requiring up to 50 pounds of exerted force.
Must be able to obtain a ServSafe Certificate with in 30 days if hire.
