We are looking for a for a new member to join our team as a Line Cook, (Part Time or Full time Position available), at a French inspired restaurant that has been in business for almost 40 years.
PROFESSIONAL / ENVIRONMENTAL / PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Valid Food Handlers Card required.
Ability to work and communicate successfully with customers, co-workers, and management.
Be able to perform all physical aspects of the position, such as bending, standing, squatting, climbing and walking, and lifting up to 50lbs.
Punctuality and Dependability are a must.
2+ years line cook experience
Must be self-managed, ethical, hard-working, passion for scratch cooking, a high attention to detail, clean, organized and be able to work in a team environment
Able to work under pressure
Ability to follow instructions, recipes and procedures
Available to work weekends and holidays
Must have reliable transportation
Must possess the ability to consistently maintain all company and industry safety and sanitation practices and standards
Compensation will be determined by experience and skills demonstrated, a stage shift may be requested.
